The Festival de Cine de Todos Santos/Todos Santos Film Festival was founded by Sylvia Perel, in 2004, to benefit the community of Todos Santos by promoting cinema of significant artistic merit created by, or about Latinos, to educate our local youth through filmmaking and to celebrate cultural understanding through the art of film. The TSFF promotes youth education through film and supports women and local n and local filmmakers while avoiding stereotypes and violence as entertainment. It also supports the protection of the environment and the fight against domestic violence.
